Boardroom Dialogue
Performance Based Functional Onboarding
Date Friday, Nov 25 Time – Room King
Most companies have a lot of vacancies for new employees. Many also support internal mobility. New and existing employees need to be onboarded rapidly and effectively in their (new) role/function. This shouldn’t be an unwelcome chore for L&D. On the contrary. Learn about an onboarding programme in one department, that has been an international success, leading to requests from other departments and a raising of the profile of L&D to that of a true strategic business partner.
In this Boardroom Dialogue you will find the applied approach, first outcomes and lessons learned, followed by a group discussion on how this could be applied in your organisation.
