Live Coaching with SynCoach

SynCoach is an online tool to coach a teacher or a student during a live session. The technology records the session and displays a number of keywords that the coach can click during the session to provide live feedback. Other people can also watch the session and contribute feedback which later can be added to the feedback-log for the coached person.

The product evolved from a tool that made it possible to be virtually in the classroom with the coached person by talking to them through an earpiece, as we discovered that keywords popping works better for live coaching than having someone constantly talking in your ear.

In this Discovery Demo visitors will see both the coaching side and the "being coached" side of this product and discover how coaching can be more fun and less hard for everyone involved.

My name is Meau (Mohammed) and I work at Fontys university of applied science. I teach technology, robotics, technics and technical drawing in cad software. Besides that I am developing part time applications for education. This I do for 5 years already and find lots of joy in it.

In the past I studied a variety of schools in which every school I attended a complete different route. I started as a student in construction later on I attended a study called: Interior and furniture design. When finished I stared as a student to become a technics teacher followed up by a study in IT.

In my job I can combine all those studies and use them in my courses.

In the future I would love to see a worldwide collaboration where we all share our knowledge and products.
