How to move L&D from training delivery to performance impact? It’s crucial we do, but there are plenty of challenges on the way – leadership may change, be unclear about their business needs or demand unnecessary training courses. And on top of all that, budgets are always under threat.
How can you stay focused, keep cool and tackle these challenges? In this session you will be introduced to these easy-to-recognise and hard-to-tackle challenges as part of the World of L&D Challenge game. Working in teams, you will work out how to overcome them, and make the journey from learning to performance. You will take away a clear view of where you can develop your practice, and what to work on with your stakeholders.

Henriette Kloots is an Organisational psychologist and Sr. Learning & Development consultant. After spending years on both the vendor and corporate side of L&D, she started her own company in 2015. Pink Coat, a statement towards an industry full of grey suits, has grown to be a steady L&D consultancy firm with a focus on L&D strategy and developing the profession itself. Pink Coat is based in the Netherlands, but operates internationally. Henriette is a very energetic professional with a lot of passion for the industry and she is “here to challenge”.
