Vincent Meertens is currently working as an Associate Director Digital & Learning Innovation at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. In this role he pushes innovation in learning journeys of students, with special focus on instructional design and the usage of educational technology.
Marieke Guy
Head of Digital Assessment, University College London, United Kingdom
Marieke Guy is the Head of Digital Assessment at University College London (UCL). She leads a team of Digital Assessment Advisors and Learning Technologists, collaborating with faculties to support the design and delivery of online assessments and feedback. Before joining UCL, Marieke held senior digital learning positions at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) and the Royal Agricultural University (RAU). Her earlier professional experience includes 13 years as a researcher into digital information at the University of Bath and time spent as a data analyst at the Quality Assurance Agency.

Jenny Pange
Professor, University of Ioannina, Greece
Jenny Pange is a Professor in "Information Technology and Applied Mathematics with an emphasis on educational programs". She is the Dean of the School of Education and Director of the Laboratory of “New Technologies and Distance Learning”, at the School of Education at the University of Ioannina, Greece. She is a member of the teaching staff of the University of Ioannina since 1994. Her scientific research includes four books and more than 170 scientific publications in Journals and Conference proceedings. She is the Legal Representative of Greece, in the Board of Advisors of the UNIADRION (Universities of Adriatic and Ionian Basin Association), and the Legal Representative of The University of Ioannina in EUCEN (European Universities Continuing Education Network). Ioannina. Prof. Pange is a Scientific Coordinator and member of scientific committees of many EEC-funded programs. She has participated in several conferences nationally and internationally, as a Keynote speaker, or participant, and she organized many national and international conferences and summer schools

Kjetil Brathetland
Senior Adviser, Vestland Fylkeskommune, Norway
Kjetil Brathetland is employed as a Senior Advisor for Vestland County Administration, Norway. He has been working on different projects for the Department of Education at the County Admininstration for the last 20 years, all aiming to develop digital literacy/ competencies in upper secondary schools in Vestland. He has previously been working for two university conference secretariats and as a teacher in upper secondary schools. Kjetil has his education from the University of Bergen, Norway, with a major in history.
He is currently working on: The Best Practice Conference (Dei gode Døma), and an ICT-strategy for all schools i Vestland - with AI in learning as a central point of focus.
Kjetil Brathetland has participated three times holding sessions at OEB, last time as a moderator with Jeannette Schmid, Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main, Germany at an unconference session called "Keeping an Eye on Pedagogical Goals - When to Pull the Digital Reins"

Ole Henrik Mølmann
Senior Adviser, Vestland Fylkeskommune, Norway
Ole Henrik Mølmann is employed as a Senior Advisor for Vestland County Administration, Norway. He has extensive experience in teaching ICT, managing ICT systems and promoting digital literacy/competence in upper secondary schools in Vestland. Since 2016, he has worked in the Education Department of the county administration, where he is responsible for both technical and pedagogical systems, as well as various projects. The goal of most of the projects is to develop digital competence among students and teachers. Ole Henrik has education from NTNU and HIST in Trondheim. He is currently working on two main tasks: The Best Practice Conference (Dei gode Døma), which is an annual conference to share best practices in digital learning, and an ICT strategy for all schools in Vestland, where artificial intelligence in learning is a central focus area.

Assessing for a World Beyond Assessment, Marieke Guy
This presentation will look at how we are reshaping the way Higher Education institutions evaluate knowledge and skills. While traditional assessments may endure, there is an increasing appetite for transformative alternatives, and many of these benefit from the infusion of technology including Generative AI.
In her talk, Marieke Guy will leverage examples from UCL's innovative academic community where the focus is increasingly extending beyond cognitive ability to the assessment of crucial soft skills, ensuring students are equipped for the challenges ahead.
Marieke will also consider ethical considerations and will envision a collaborative future that redefines assessment for a rapidly evolving world.
